Organic farming
In 2015 it was decided to transform the cultivation of olive trees to organic in order to improve the quality of our land and the final product. Thus, our oil currently comes from 5ha of centenary olive trees of organic farming located mostly at the foot of the mountain of La Tossa, in Santa Margarida de Montbui, in the region of l'Anoia, Barcelona.
First pressing oil
We call "first pressing oil" the first oil of the season, pressed in the mill and unfiltered. Available at the end of November and until January. It comes from early and fresh olives of the arbequina variety. Unfiltered, it retains small volatile particles from the olives and has a more intense taste and texture and is much more opaque in color. Over time, these microparticles end up deposited at the end of the container in the form of sediment. It is therefore recommended to consume it as soon as possible.

Available packaging formats
BAG-IN-BOX: this is a container consisting basically of a cardboard box and a bag with a dosing valve containing the oil. The main advantage of this type of packaging is that it prevents the entry of light and air, favoring an optimum conservation of the oil, even once it has been opened. Available format: 3l.
BOTTLE: dark glass bottle that favors a better conservation of the product. It also has a non-refillable plastic DOP cap. Available formats: 0,25l and 0,5l.
