IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY?

The usual minimum stay is:
2 nights in all apartments
1 night in a double room from Monday to Thursday (La Cambra)

Summer:
7 nights in apartments for 4/5 persons
5 nights in apartments for 2/3 persons
3 nights in double room (La Cambra)

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT OF MY STAY WORK?

We offer two payment options:

1) Standard rate:

50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 50%, along with the tourist tax and any extras, will be automatically charged the day before arrival using the same payment method.
The reservation can be cancelled or modified up to 14 days before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation, 4% of the amount already paid will not be refunded, as it covers banking fees.

2) Non-refundable rate:
100% of the total amount must be paid.
A 5% discount is applied to the total price.
No cancellations or date changes are allowed.
The tourist tax and any extras will be automatically charged the day before arrival using the same payment method.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

If cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the amount already paid will be refunded, minus 4% of the total as banking fees.
If the cancellation is made between 14 and 0 days before arrival, the 50% already paid will not be refunded.
If 100% of the stay was paid in advance through our website (with the 5% discount applied), no refund will be made.

In all refunds, Can Alemany will not return the 4% of the amount paid as banking fees.
